Description
A Diamond Edwardian Estate ring from our Antique, Vintage & Estate Collection. A ravishing example of Edwardian style worn as a right hand ring. But as you may know, many of these beautiful rings were worn as wedding rings. This ring is equally perfect either way. It’s all up to you.
As was common in the day, this ring is skillfully crafted in platinum with an 18K yellow gold band. The metal work is in really good condition, and as you can see, still has a nice luscious glow. Masterful cut-out work creates a lovely flower motif on the top of the ring. The flower is set with about two carats of beautiful vintage diamonds, softly adding to its elegance.
Exemplary of the time is the nice 1/4 carat European cut diamond as the flower’s center. This European cut definitely adds to its vintage character and makes it easy to spot as a true antique.
Total diamond weight is approximately 2.25 carats.
